Last year (see this post) I wrote that Tom Griffith was nominated to the District of Columbia Circuit Court. The approval of that nomination has been delayed for over a year. President Bush renominated him in March of this year.

Tomorrow Hannah will be induced. Hannah is very ready. She’s nervous (of course) but she is ready to have this baby out. We’ve picked out a name but I’ll wait to see her before telling you what her name is.
